This is waiting for you

  • You support our sales team in customer service.
  • In this context, you will be responsible for maintaining customer master data, processing customer orders and inquiries, and checking the logical correctness of the data of quotations and orders.
  • You create order confirmations, delivery bills, invoices and proforma invoices in SAP.
  • The processing of returns/reclamation bookings and the tracking of returns processes until final settlement are also part of your tasks, as is the creation of credit notes.
  • You accompany the automatic invoice generation, act as an interface to internal departments and work closely with colleagues from the disposition and logistics departments.

What makes you stand out

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in processing/administration, ideally in sales with customer contact.
  • You have a good knowledge of company-relevant processes and are confident in using SAP and the usual MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Your language skills in German and English are very good (spoken and written).
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills who is able to keep several balls in the air.
  • You have a high level of competence and diplomatic skills in dealing with customers.
  • Your working style is characterized by reliability, flexibility and responsibility.
